The Original Buffalo Jerky

Made from the finest, most lean cuts of buffalo, we marinade and slow dry these choice cuts while smoking with real mesquite. While our jerky may be a little dryer than you're used to, we do this to properly preserve the vital protein and nutrients as well as ensure a long and tasty shelf life.

Our traditional food preservation methods along with state-of-the-art equipment allow us to
add NO PRESERVATIVES, and still be a USDA-Approved product. We work with local ranchers to be sure that these majestic animals are treated properly throughout their lives, with plenty of room to roam and never subjected to hormones, steroids or antibiotics.

Available in yummy flavors like black pepper, crushed red pepper, habanero, teriyaki, original, and jerky sticks.
